All custom orders require:

• Advance payment as per agreed terms
• Regular progress updates during creation

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary based on project scope:

• Small items: 50% advance, 50% on completion
• Large sculptures: 30% advance, 40% at milestone, 30% on completion
• Temple projects: Custom payment schedule based on project phases

Delivery and Installation

Delivery terms depend on the size and complexity of the work:

• Local delivery within Rajasthan included for large projects
• Pan-India shipping available with additional charges
• Installation services provided for temple and large sculpture projects
• International shipping available on request

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee:

• Use of authentic Makrana marble for all projects
• Traditional craftsmanship techniques
• Structural integrity for all installations
• Satisfaction with final product as per approved design

Intellectual Property

All original designs created by Natha Moorti Museum remain our intellectual property. Custom designs based on client specifications become joint property upon full payment.
